POWDER SAMPLE TABLETTING MACHINE FOR XRF ANALYSIS

Fully Automatic

The equipment integrates conveying, dosing, tablet pressing, and cleaning together. It outputs a compressed sample tablet which can be analysed on XRF device directly like other furnace melt beads.

Four sets of crushing-demagnetization-grinding all-in-one machines connected with one tablet press with four dosing stations inside.

So, 4 kinds of different materials can be automatically processed and distributed to the tablet press at the same time without cross contamination.

INTELLIGENT SAMPLE CABINET (CY-200 STANDARD MODEL)

Improve storage efficiency

This intelligent sample cabinet can complete various tasks such as sealing laboratory samples of raw material composition, rapid searching, and centralized control with a single button in less than 20 seconds.

(1) Built with 200 stations, it can accommodate 1Kg large samples for individual preservation or smaller packaged samples saved by time segment (daily, shift).

(2) It can be connected to various automated sampling systems controlled by a server or operate as a standalone unit managed by its own PLC storage software.

(3) Fully enclosed design, with a single input/output port, random internal storage, managed by sample number or set rules. It is safe, environmentally friendly, hygienic, and achieves complete isolation and confidentiality, eliminating human interference.

(4) Personalized hierarchical authority control to meet different business needs such as management, operation, maintenance, and inquiry.

(5) Comprehensive, full-process traceability management to ensure the absolute security of all samples.

(6) Dynamic capacity and deadline management allow for defining different preservation periods for different samples, with expired samples automatically disposed of, ensuring optimal space utilization.

Storage capacity: 200 stations. Each station is equipped with a φ130X150 standardized material box, which can hold about 1.5dm³ of samples. This storage cabinet can also be customized according to customer requirements, with adjustable access directions to adapt to the site environment.
